Latest Neighbourhood Design Plan (Inc. Consultations)

Please click on the image above for a closer look at the final designs for the neighbourhood. The above plan includes some updates that were missing on the previous 3d designs shown here. Haringey Council are consulting on four changes which include the following:

The opening up of restricted parking on Waldeck Road can be viewed here.

The single surface plan for Langham Parade can be viewed here.

The new breakpoint* for Mannock Road can be viewed here.

The new breakpoint* for Langham Road can be viewed here.

* Please note that the proposals for new breakpoint designs have come about as a result of discussions with residents who live in the immediate vicinity of the two measures. The new breakpoint will feature a raised table, which uses the same blockwork pattern as seen on the other installations (please see here).

    I’ve been monitoring the progress of the Carlingford/Waldeck junction. Yesterday we had all of 1.5 people working on it. Slow progress. Imagine how much faster it could all be if the ‘community’ were allowed to pitch in!
