Works have started at Langham Parade and the beautiful old cobbles are being carefully extracted prior to being reinstated in the new construction. The cobbles will be cleaned off and then set into the ramps to the raised table and also used to help differentiate between the road and pavement (in effect mimicking the cobbles currently found in the gutter of the road). This process will ensure the future of these cobbles as they will become an integral part of the streetscape. The above photo was provided by a local resident.

Nice to see the granite curb stones also being reused in the Parade.
