Cycle Maintenance Clinic & Cycle confidence training

I just wanted to follow up on the bicycle maintenance clinic we are offering to residents of the neighbourhood. We have confirmed that the date will be 19th May from 1-3pm. James and Owen – who both work on our Bike It programme with schools – have kindly offered to donate their time to run the clinic. Please respond to this email to confirm that you are interested in attending.

The clinic will take place on the green space close to the allotments, which sits between Langham Place and Mannock/Downhills Road (please see attached map). If you arrive a little before 1pm, we can get started promptly and cover the basics. Please bring along your bike and any bicycle tools that you have (don’t worry if you don’t have any!!).

On the morning of the 19th, we are also running a bicyle training session – details of this are to be confirmed but please let me know if you would be interested. It is also free of charge and we will have expert cycle trainers on hand to help adults and kids safely neogotiate the local area on a bicycle. I will send out more information as soon as it is confirmed, but please send me an email to register your potential interest.
